Join W.I.S.E. at Guilford Green Foundation & LGBTQ Center on Wednesday, December 14^th 6-8 for a community education program and Q&A session featuring PACE OF THE TRIAD. PACE provides medical and dental care, in home aide, therapy, medical transportation, prescriptions, an optional adult day program, and more for adults 55 and up who qualify.
