Meet Cleve Jones

Cleve Jones is a must-see speaker and he tours the country touching communities as a leader in human rights, equality, diversity, and inclusion. He founded the Names Project and AIDS Memorial Quilt, one of the world’s largest community arts projects that honors thousands of individuals who died of the disease. Jones was mentored by San Francisco Councilman Harvey Milk, and was portrayed in the Oscar-winning film, “MILK,” about the councilman’s life. Jones’ memoir, “When We Rise” was published in November. In February, ABC aired a mini-series inspired by the book.
