Prismatic Speech Services is a queer/trans-owned speech-language pathology private practice specializing in long-distance gender affirming voice work. Founded by Kevin Dorman (they/them) in April of 2016 to serve the residents of North Carolina via telepractice, Prismatic Speech Services has grown tremendously to five clinicians, all queer/trans-identifying, serving thirteen states (Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Massachussets, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, and Virginia!) and plans to expand to 30 in early 2023. Micro grants are available to reduce costs of services for clients with restricted financial flexibility.
