GGF is looking for a Communications Manager and a Community Support Manager.
Communications Manager: The Communications Manager is responsible for developing a communications plan that tells our story across multiple media platforms. This position serves as the backbone of our communications strategy and coordinates communication across all departments. The Communications Manager works collaboratively with a team to advance organizational goals.
Community Support Manager: The Community Support Manager will serve and support the LGBTQ community by providing direct service crisis management, resources, and referrals. The Community Support Manager is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all members of the LGBTQ community. The Community Support Manager is the first person a guest interacts with when calling or visiting the center and will need to have a strong background in crisis counseling, meeting people where they are, and providing community resources.
The Community Support Manager will work in collaboration with the GGF team to ensure that the LGBTQ Center is a visible and effective resource for the LGBTQ community and is represented in communitywide efforts that align with GGF’s organizational priorities and values. The Community Support Manager will connect with community members and collaborate with programming staff to identify best practices for trauma-informed programming that builds and supports resilience.
